Shana LPCC-S

Shana Bentley, LPCC-S graduated from Bowling Green State University with her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling in 2016. Shana has several years of experience in community mental health, college campus, and private practice settings. Her primary population is working with early childhood (ages 2-10), while also enjoying working with adolescents and college age populations. Shana has the ability to work with a wide range of issues, including mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. She has special interest in working with those who experience anxiety or have gone through traumatic events.


Shana takes a collaborative approach when working with clients and pulls from multiple theories to meet her client’s needs (such as play therapy, CBT, solution focused, strengths based, and mindfulness). Shana has completed training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS). She also has her supervision designation and is available to provide supervision for counselors (LPC) seeking their independent license.

Rachel LISW-S

Rachel is a licensed independent social worker with a supervision designation (LISW-S). Earning her Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University in 2017, she has spent the greater part of decade helping clients achieve their self-identified goals through a variety of evidence-based practices with a strengths-focused, person-centered, collaborative, holistic approach.

 

In her time as a therapist, in both private practice and college settings, she has assisted many clients ranging from young children through older adults to discover insights, learn skills, and access other supports to reach their goals. She has also helped social work students and recent graduates to make the most of their experiences and achieve their learning goals through supervision. These successes have allowed her to broaden her experience through being a student success coach and adjunct professor at Lourdes University. 


Rachel focuses on treating stress, anxiety, depression, struggles associated with life changes/transitions, trauma, and relationship issues in individual therapy and couples therapy. She specializes in early adolescence through adulthood, and currently serves clients ages 12 and older. She is also continuing to provide supervision to LSWs seeking their independent license.

the process of becoming licensed and is under supervision. He has several years of experience in

individuals, ranging from early childhood to geriatric. He has assisted those with various struggles

including depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, and trauma. Further, he takes particular interest in

working with those who struggle with depression, trauma, and autism.


Keith often takes on a diverse approach when working with clients, often incorporating Cognitive

Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-centered
